Service Overview

JWE has an established human IgG recombinant expression platform and an experienced experimental team, providing high-quality recombinant human IgG antibody expression services. Customers only need to provide antibody sequence information or cDNA, and the JWE technical team will design tailored expression strategies, optimize expression systems, and deliver high-quality recombinant antibody production by integrating mammalian high-expression vectors and large-scale fermentation platforms.

IgG Recombinant Antibody Expression Workflow

The JWE platform is equipped with a complete Gibco serum-free mammalian cell culture system, combined with well-characterized 293F and CHO suspension cell lines, enabling in-vitro recombinant expression of native-conformation proteins for various customer needs. Services comply with GMP-like management standards, including:

Service Content and Timeline

Step1: Gene Cloning and Vector Construction - Amplify/identify gene fragments or synthesize target genes and insert into mammalian expression plasmids
- PCR and sequencing verification of subclones
- Delivery of raw sequencing data and experimental report
1–2 weeks
Step2: Transient Protein Expression - Transfect 293F or CHO cells with recombinant plasmids for transient expression and purification
- SDS-PAGE and WB analysis; optional endotoxin test and ELISA
- Delivery of expression vectors, bacterial clones, recombinant antibodies (purity >85%), and experimental report
1–2 weeks
Step3: Stable Expression (Optional) - Construction and screening of CHO stable expression cell lines
- Delivery of stable cell lines, construction report, and marginal products (50 ml fermentation supernatant and purified antibody per clone)
10–12 weeks
