Service Overview

JWE focuses on high-quality targeted antibody development and has established a mammalian cell–based recombinant expression platform. We provide one-stop chimeric antibody production services, including sequence analysis, linker design, fusion-tag design, high-expression vector construction, expression optimization, recombinant expression condition optimization, and antibody purification. Chimeric antibodies refer to antibodies composed of the variable region from one species and the constant region from another species to form a full IgG antibody, such as human–mouse, human–rabbit, or human–alpaca chimeric antibodies. Leveraging our human IgG expression platform and yeast antibody display technology, JWE can discover monoclonal antibodies from multiple species to obtain high-quality chimeric antibodies.

Chimeric Recombinant Antibody Expression Workflow

JWE operates a mature mammalian recombinant antibody expression platform using a complete Gibco serum-free culture system. Paired with traceable 293F and CHO suspension cell lines, we meet various clients’ requirements for expressing native-conformation proteins. The service follows a GMP-like management system, including:

Service Content & Timeline

Step 1: Gene Cloning & Vector Construction - Amplify/verify gene fragments or synthesize target genes and insert into mammalian expression plasmids
- PCR and sequencing verification of subcloning
- Delivery of raw sequencing data and experimental report

Step 2: Transient Protein Expression - Transfect 293F or CHO cells with recombinant plasmids for transient expression and purification
- SDS-PAGE and Western Blot analysis
- Deliver expression vector, bacterial clone, recombinant antibody (purity >85%), and experimental report

Step 3: Stable Expression (Optional) - Construct and screen CHO stable expression cell lines
- Deliver stable cell lines, construction report, and marginal products (50 ml fermentation supernatant and purified antibody per clone)
